As per my opinion here are the three strategies and enforcement of ethics rules in the collages of computer science and information system in university :-

1. Student Should have to do an online course which is different from the subject being taught in the collages and should be judge by the head of the university by itself . so that student should able to implement something new this will increase the innovative strength of student which will help in learning the application part of that course or subject.
2. Student should do some research work or some project which is his own creation chosen by him on the topic in which student is comfortable so that the student can deal with the real life problems .
3. students of computer science courses should also have management subjects so that improve their management /business skills so that when they enter in cooperate life they should know how to deal with people (clients).

These are the three strategies which should applied to collages in computer science which will help the student in future life.
