Workplace bullying means serious offence by an employee or group of employees to a particular employee or more than one employees in terms of mental, psychological and physical stress at the workplace. Due to this an employee may face serious damage to his productivity as well as confidence at the workplace . In USA, it is a serious offence by an individual to bullying any other worker intentionally.
Yes , in many state like Canada , British Columbia etc. It was a legal system to prevent any type of workplace bullying. So , the court may decide the ground to take any legal actions against such people . This is not good in the eye of laws.
