The leaders are lack in self-control, so that the follower will be encouraged to do wrong things.

Corrupt:

The leaders would lie, cheat by knowing as that is a mistake and they would do with their self-interest.

Evil:

The leaders will use pain as a power for their work to be completed. They harm others physically and psychologically.
