The management needs to effectively communicate the group that this behavior of the group is hurting the interest and the policy of the environment. The management must show how these practices of the group are not in favor of the interest of the company. The group can also be communicated the benefits to the company if the group stops bullying. If the behavior of the group does not change, the management must take punitive action against the group to uphold the organizational policies and principals. The management must start with a soft approach and then gradually take a stronger stance against such group to either alter their behavior or take appropriate against the group.
