Gannt chart:

It is a graphical depiction of a project schedule, which is commonly used in project management.

A gannt chart is constructed with horizontal and vertical axis the horizontal axis represents the time span of a project by means of days, weeks and months and vertical axis represents the project tasks to be performed by the resource on the specified time scale.

PERT Chat:

PERT stands for Program Evaluation Review Technique

PERT chat is a management tool which is used to schedule the timelines for a project, organize the resources and gathering requirements and to co-ordinate the resources to perform a specified task at a specified time-scale.

CPM which stands for Critical Path Method. The CPM charts and PERT charts are same their purpose is to calculate exactly how long a project will take.

MS project:

System analyst is the person who is responsible for the development of a software and hardware solutions to efficient work of an organization.

A systems analyst is typically confined to an assigned or given system and will often work in conjunction with a business analyst.

System flowchart:

System flowchart means the way of specifying how data in a system goes-on and how decisions are made to control events.

The representation of a system flowchart includes symbols which are defined as decisions,process,input/output symbols, data flow symbols the direction in which the data is flowing in system.

Which is used by system analyst to produce a detailed description on working of an existing system.

Data flow diagram:

Data flow diagrams (DFD) is a data flow diagram (DFD) is a graphical representation of the flow of data through an information system.

It provides a preview of configuration and their work-flow to check the functionality of a system.

It is also used for visualization of data processing means graphically reprints the input and output channels of data transmission and functionality of each aspect in a system.

Decision table:

Decision table is used in testing and requirements management. It provides a systematic way of stating complex business rules, which is useful for developers and testers.
