I agree that Wanda is legally responsible forr this situation. Being an internal customer , I will not be in position to get the services from Wanda . It will impact my daily routine. I also feel anxious about my association with this organization. An external supplier also face difficulties while distribution of its goods because the terms of business will be redesigned so as to get another clients . So, due to interrupt in terms with Wanda it will be difficult to manage the business development in the marketplace. Being an entrepreneur, she will have to work For the welfare of its all stakeholders. She should try to provide best goods and services with high level of qualities involved. She should have a focus to maximize the wealth of its partners . The intrest of stakeholders should be given over priority than individual interest. An entrepreneur must have a vision and mission to provide the best value delivery to all its stakeholders. To come of this legal complication, Wanda need to prove that she has not made the dog food which perished and spoiled the dogs health. The internal and external quality report, inspection and testing documents should be inline with FDA norms. This is the way Wanda can protect herself from the lawsuits.
