Wherever i have worked only one Firm actually Managed success in their Internal Communication. Rest all firms had indeed failed in having communications, tasks which had a huge leve of ambiguity, were not chained down to the last level on time, and instances where messages were passed via not-trustable sources.
But on One Firm, which was a Conaulting firm, the messages, be it internal to team or management, and task assignment were clear, where clear wording were used, to remove any ambiguity, came from the authorised personal, were clearly defined w.r.t the audience and input were also taken in advance. It always had clear time frames, clear cut information and provided time to act as well with a advance deadlines.
