It denotes how an organization is in term of working life and value system for employees.It affects individual values, motivation, or job satisfaction because organizational culture has larger impact on the employee.If employee perceive that culture of their organization is not what they thought about then it will affect the performance of the employee.They will feel dissatisfied and uninteretsed in their work.If the organizational culture of an organization is not ambient and always bring disadvantageous to the employee like tougher working condition,strict act on dressing sense etc. then the employees will feel demotivated.
