Have you ever had a “bad attitude” toward a situation, a certain course that you didn’t like, or an unattractive job assignment? How did that attitude affect your behavior (i.e. performance, attendance, and so on)? Did you attempt to improve your attitude? If so, explain how. If not, explain how you should have done so.
Expert Answer
Attitude is a very important factor which tells about an individual. Good attitude makes get into good books of the management . However some situations occur when we loose control of ourselves. This results in bad attitude. For example we were given an assignment on a topic which is not related to our field and was asked to do it in a day. We try explaining our boss our problem but they will not listen to us. Then we might shout or create a scene which will leave a bad remark on us. This bad attitude may make us pay. In this situation we should have controlled ourselves and tried to explain in a calm manner or make them understand in some other way. This will not make us bad in front of them. Hence bad attitude must always be avoided in work place.
