Yes Americans are losing jobs and have been loosing jobs to foreign nationals particularly Indians and Chinese . Most affected are American IT(Information Technology) professionals and American Production professionals as most of the IT related jobs are outsourced to India where simillar job can be done by Indians at a much lesser pay and most of the production related jobs are being outsourced from China as cost of labour there in terms of production is lowest there after taking into account efficiency & quality . Many a times Americans are asked to train there replacements . In US also companies such as IT companies are able to get cheaper foreign nationals at cheaper costs than Americans For example IT companies also make use of H1B Visas to get cheaper workers at entry levels and pay approximately 60000 $ per annum as against more 100000 $ paid by companies such as Amazon , Apple , Facebook , Google and Microsoft for simillar jobs . This creates not only hurdles for American’s jobs and income prospects .

Other than outsourcing of IT related jobs and production related jobs to outside US leading to a job loss to Americans other issue which is relevant is that of illegal immigration accross Mexican border . The illegal immigrants are ready to do job in US at any cost there by forcing the jobs to be shifted from native Americans .
