With regard to employee satisfaction in the organization.steve joins as a CEO of Apple Company, focuses on moving the new idea among teams to see what different people think, get people talking about it, argue with people about it. He made all employees to showcase their ideas, get them involved in critical thinking and major decision making tasks which motivates a sense of responsibility and satisfaction in being a part of the company among employees. He is of the view that teams make better decisions than individuals. His team centric philosophy leads to high employee retention and recognition of the company as the best place to work. The employees are treated with respect. The company did not focus on the product but rather on the people who are ultimately going to make contact with the customers.
Although Steve job’s IQ was much higher than his EQ but he was very emotionally attuned. He was able to read people and know their psychological strengths and vulnerabilities. He intuitively knew when someone was faking it or truly knew something. Thus he was the master of persuading and intimidating people. He had the capacity of knowing his employee’s weekpoints.he was a charismatic leader and knew how to manipulate people, he had the sense of self awareness, and self regulation and inner motivation which made him score high on emotional intelligence
