Workload implies the work allotted either to an individual or a team and to analyse if the work given can be completed by them or is it overburdening them due to certain reasons.So workload has to be managed perfectly ro get the best performance from the team. Certain aspects can either boost their performance or pull down their performance. So when work is allotted the following aspects should be kept in mind;

1.Decision making is one of an important aspect to be concentrated when the work is being distributed.The crew should not be overloaded or underloaded.Work should be evenly distributed that they should all feel at justice.

2.Two or more tasks given to be remembered at the same time will surely create confusion for themselves.They might forget things in their busy schedule.So one work to be done perfectly is the best thing to do.

3.Task management among the crew will clearly show who is supposed to handle what task.Even in times of emergency they will know how to handle the situation.

4.Tasks assigned according to their experience is also notable.

5.Proper training and personal skills enhancement will also improve the working skill of the crew.

6.Crew should be conscious enough to take on more responsibility of duties allotted for them as well as extra work.
