The US laws are promoting equlity and safety and i am happy with the laws and the reasons are given below:

1. Equal opportunity is given to all the employees as there is no sex discrimination.

2. The diversity ratio has increased so that the other nation people had opportunities for growth.

3. The employees safety laws has benefited both the company and employees. The turn over of the employee increased and that benefits the profit of the company.

4. The equal pay laws has satisfied all the genders as they get paid according to their skill and knowledged and there is no differentiation even if it is a part time or full time work.

5. The disability people are given rights to work in the company according to the equality act, as that benefits and build confidence for their growth.
