Discuss a problem or conflict that you have had as a member of a group or team (this could be something that happened at work, in class, as part of a sports team, etc.) What do you believe was the cause for the conflict?

The conflict was personality crash with my team leader.The conflict arouses because of my team leader verabally abused me for a work.He wanted to perform the work in a different manner than i did.He felt angry and scold me verbally.When the matter reached to our senior manager then the way I did the work was considered as good than my team leaders way.This conflict arises due to clash of personality of mine and my team leader.The behavior of team leader regarded as disrespectful towards me and he aplogized me.
