Organizational change in any company is becoming a demanding need in today ‘s competitive environment.This change should happen so that the company can stabilize and also the needs of the customers are changing continuously .

1.In construction company it is normal to give a sketch of the diagram of the construction according to the customers change.This traditional method was changed in our company by using visual planning.This change in technological use boosted the projects of the company as the customers could visually see their project at the time of proposal itself.It is time saving for both the owner and the customer. The customer is able to visually enjoy his project..This method proved to be more effective when compared to the traditional method.

2.Employees are what they are made to believe.It is on the part of the management to make the employees feel that they utmost important. Once in every month a motivational program was arranged for the employees and five best employees were identified for their contribution.This may happen in all organizations but the speciality here is that the name of the employees recognised were never repeated. Atleast once in a term all the employees were recognised so that it is prestigious for them.This motivated their efficiency and in turn production.

3.Another aspect of change which proved fruitful was educating the employees of all hierarchy in the company.Few companies have the idea that there is no need for the low level employees to know all the details about a project. But that stops them from contributing new ideas even if they are aware of it. That should not be the case. Everybody working on a project should know even the minute details and the construction materials used so that it would be educating them in one way and in another it paves way for creativeness and innovation.
