Critical Chain Methodology – This methodology focuses on resources and their management to ensure the project is delivered in full on time. Resources are assigned to the tasks based on their skills and availability. Critical chain will have adequate resources assigned while support tasks and less important tasks are handled by minimum resources.

Below are the advantages of Critical chain methodology –
