Organization culture defines the values and belief system that employees have to adhere and follow in the organization and it certainly influences the type of working culture in the firm. It acts as a base for any organization to set the tone for social and psychological environment and gives the employees of the organization a head start or direction working towards the goals.

To give an example of a Japanese organization, Suzuki follows a collaborative style of working wherein the employees come together for the common goals and work towards the same. The team level goals further congregates to departmental goals, which in turn finally leads to organizational goals. This is a typical Organization culture adopted or followed by many Japanese companies across the globe.
