Competetion is undeniable factor to any industry as everyone have to face this factor there is certain risks that new rival come up with better prouct to ice cream and customer will surely go for the new things in market in same category and less value product as they prefer low value item for thier budget. The rival will launch low cost prodcut that can attract the customer base of current market favorites.

Environmental factor:

Sometimes environmental factor affect the product supppose lagal taxes which perform active role in determining cost of the product thus it can change the product selling, the tax was the one of factor that kep the price and cost of the product low.

Risk of organization:

Culture can affect the selling of the product as customer wiil not purchase the product and prefer the other product as customer wont like the attitude and culture of the company. Culture and attidude of company do posses risk to the selling of product. Company will move over to the other market of customer to avoid this low selling.
