A principle that could be applied to project leadership in my view would be the ability to remain calm and composed under any situation. This according to me is one of the most vital qualities that a leader should possess as one can think clearly and communicate the same thoughts to a larger team only when he’s calm and not affected by what happens around them. If one gets flustered by the happenings around us, it would lead to an atmosphere where the entire team is affected by the happenings around us. Therefore it is important to maintain a calm atmosphere and think through the clutter.
