4. Life Cycle analysis of product

Starts with collection of all the raw materials needed such as carbonated water, sugar, additives, and caffeine. Materials are further processed to make sure there are no impurities.

The water goes through processes of filtration, chlorination and coagulation to prevent suspending particles, organic matter and bacteria. When water is filtered and sterilized ingredients – sugar, flavor concentrates and syrups are put into batch tanks carefully combined by proportioner machines that regulates the portion of each ingredient.

Then comes the next step which is carbonation where the temperature of the product is controlled because during carbonation the solubility increases and the temperature of the liquid decreases.
After carbonation, the finished product is transferred into bottles/cans that is immediately pressure sealed. Before the bottles/cans are labeled, they are cooled.

Quality Control is conducted with strict standards before they are packaged and distributed.
They are then distributed to stores around the country.

Lastly at the end of the cycle, consumers can choose to either recycle or dispose.

Hope this helps! Sorry could not help you with all the heads as we are allowed only 4 subparts
