THIS IS A MYTH. MANAGER DO HAVE POWERS BUT ALONG WITH THE RESPONSIBILITIES. HE DO HAVE RIGHT OF DECISION MAKING BUT ALSO HAVE OBLIGATION TO IMPLEMENT THOSE DECISIONS PERFRCTLY AND THAT FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE ENTITY AS A WHOLE.
ITS SAME AS BEING A HOST. WHO HAVE RIGHT TO DECIDE EVERYTHING ALONG WITH SO MANY OBLIGATIONS. THE MAIN TASK IS TO PROVIDE THE FULL SUPPORT TO EVERYONE, TO MOTIVATE EVERYONE IN THE ENTITY. TO PROVIDE ALL THE NECESSARY RESOURCEES, TRAINING, PROTECTION, AND EVERY KIND OF NECESSITIES FOR EVERYONE WORKING IN HIS DEPARTMENT. IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM TO ANYONE,HE WILL COME TO MANAGER TO SOLVE IT, HERE IT BECOMES IMPORTANT TO HELP IN ALL WAYS TO FIND THE SOLUTIONS.
