Some of the biggest security threats to US are as explained below:

• Ransomware: The systems in US are prone to get infected by it and a lot of confidential information might get leaked, we have witnessed various victims of this threat in the recent past throughout the world including Canada.
• IOT i.e. Internet if Things: It is a new concept that is slowly creeping in the culture of US and various researches is being conducted around it in which many things are getting connected to internet. As this is relatively new concept hence strong anti-breaching mechanisms are not in place in IS posing to be bigger threat than ransomware.
• Mobile Applications are increasing day by day, each application requires your personal information and the systems are not that robust as some of them are just the startups hence data misuse and stealing of personal information is a major threat for US.
• Password tempering and cloud related issues will continue to pose a string threat for US in the coming days.
