If the busniess is already named as a defendant, then the state can easily exercise control jurisdiction over the organization in which it is registered or situated.The business has to be registered in a state where state law will applicable and and it can do buisness in any number of places.In the memorandum of the organization it must have stated the jurisdiction of which court prevailed over the business.Being a defendant in other civil lawsuit won’t impact on deetrmination of jurisdiction by astate.
