Here DHS Means U.S Department of Homeland security. It works to provide health and human services. It is nothing but government agencies and programs which actually provides service to people in different areas

In 10 th anniversary of the September 11 th attacks. It released a report which highlights the significant progress of DHS.This progress done by DHS along with its different partners. It has made specific recommendations by the 9/11 Commission

Areas which strides by DHS are

Information sharing and Examine capabilities

To avoid attacks, Every one should easily share information from one to one like international partners, public or private sector partners of this DHS for this DHS its administration has developed information security strategy to identify the person who wants to attack. This DHS keeping touch with Terrorist screening centers, joint Terrorism Task Force and other agencies which provides data related to visa , passengers data

Flying Security

Generally terrorists travel in flights from one country to another country so this DHS concentrate on travellers and it pre screens flying weekly from USA to others countries and other countries to USA

Cooperation

Even this DHS taking all precautions, sometimes attacks happen based on lack of knowledge in technology it happens sice 9/11 government invest so much in training and technical assistance and also concentrate to develop new technology which is useful to improve emergency communication
