The answer to your 1st question :

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is an example of a modern biomedical chip used toemit a signal that transmits its unique serial number to a scanner which connects to a database and provides information about physical problems for individuals

Answer to your second question :-

Affective computing is a science which spans accross Psychology , Computer science and cognitive science which further takes into account neuroscience , philosophy , linguistics etc.

Now coming to the question :

As we know human brain has a right and a left brain and analysing how a human can behave in a certain situation can definitely be done by putting him / her under sensors and finding out which part of the brain triggers when and what is the reaction afterwards when in certain situations.

However Human emotion is an extremely complex phenomenon . Human emotions and then the reaction coming afterwards are a mix of the things happening in the present and the things that have happened in the past.

Hence in order to analyse a situation a human being first see it build a mental picture of it in the brain , then think of the finall aim (in context of a bigger reason or a life aim) and react accordingly in a way that satisfies all the conditions. This is an extremely complex procedure which human beings are able to achieve because their brain changes every second with every new thing they understand.

Now in order for a robot to do it it will require understanding, curiousity , analysis and memory ,priorities etc.

Consider a situation : Here in a two wheeler has has slammed into a 4 wheeler leavin both the drivers with heavy injuries and blood . Now if an AI powered bot sees this situation will he

1 . Call the ambulance because he feels empathy about the humans 2. will he just overlook the situation 3.Will he call the police ? 4 Will he feel happy because rash drivers deserve punishment ?

These are the several feelings that a human being can get and react accordingly based on priorities and past experience .

Hence a study about the human brain can definitely give us knowledge about how it works but it will be very difficult to bring all of these emotions into an artificial bot and then making him use the right balance of emotion and practicality at the right time so as to deal with real life situation. If this happens then all the CEO,s will buy an AI powered bot which will hire another AI powered bots to run a company .
