Recently i was working on a major project which had to be delivered on time. But one of the members of our team left the organization. I anticipated the situation and talked to the client ,expplained him the situation and told him that there might be some delay in delivering the project but we won’t compromise with the quality of the project. the client apreciated my honesty and was happy with the fact that we are focusing so much on the quality of the product.
