There are some cultures which demand more formality such as use of more explicit details like what the meeting is about, who is invited, duration, meals provided and the type of diet, participants involved etc…Some demand a more brief writing and demand a verbal reminder just before the meeting. Some people feel not to have any verbal communication especially in formal set up and only to have written communication. This does affect the approach to writing.
