Nurse E-Portfolio
In this initial entry into your Nurse E-Portfolio for this course, you have opportunities for reflective practice. In this entry you will focus on your understanding and awareness of nutrition. Submit your assignment on a Word document instead of using the E-Portfolio format. The Initial course entry written assignment should be at least one page in length. The assignment must be written in APA writing style 7th edition. Make sure you spend some time thinking about the answers to these questions before writing.
1. Think about your own nutrition and diet. If you were asked to give yourself a rating from 1 to 5, with 5 representing the most “healthy eater,” what number would you give yourself? See also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_portfolio for more details.
2. If your rating was 4 -5, what are you eating and doing with regard to your nutrition that reflects this rating? What do/can you do to ensure you will continue to do these things even if you have limited time or are stressed?
