The first and brief overview of the paper is all about leaders and leadership as documented by Adair in his book “Effective Leadership” where he recognizes that leadership techniques now have been internationally known as an active ingredient in any management. The author acknowledges that a perfect executive can be as well referred to as a leader and equally a good leader referred to as a manager. In any given situation where a group of individuals is trying to acquire some objectives, one or several of those individuals will become and operate as a leader to the others.
