1st draft PICOT question: Among newly diagnosed breast cancer patients who have undergone a Mastectomy, will the efficacy of Nurse-led education on physical therapy, compared to usual postoperative care measures (lymphedema sleeves?) for Mastectomy, reduce lymphedema flare-ups within six months?
