1. Describe what time of a business it is. Define(location, employees, etc…
2. Pick three business entities. LCC, PARTNERSHIP, and CORPORATION.
3. Describe in detail how to setup a business. Operating agreement, what documents do you need, etc.
4. Why you choose to set up that way. It’s easy or not, a lot of liability, the benefits of it, etc.
