This allows the team to achieve the set goals and objectives with ease and ensures a sense of responsibility and equal contribution of every member of the group ((Morgeson et al., 2010). The establishment of a robust and visionary leadership in a team-based environment provides the mandates of having a clear person tasked to ensure all others stayed on the check and committed to implementing the roles they have been assigned. The team-based environment in an organization relies on the subsection’s leadership to ensure they attain the shared roles and responsibilities in a highly quality approach. The leadership helps to keep members intact, respectful of each other, establish purpose, shared values and oriented to trust, and effective communication.

Vision’s Role in Leadership
The role of vision in leadership is crucial to the success of an organization in the future. A vision gives the leadership a purpose and clear visualization of the kind of future they are working towards in the organization. A vision gives the leadership long-term expectations and dreams about the group, which help forge the employee’s will and commitment to the realization of that vision. Therefore, a vision helps the leadership to bring the employees and the organization committed towards a common purpose, agenda, goal or objective in the future progress. It is the epitome of the organization.
