As well, leaders without vision end-up misappropriating funds intended for certain purposes as they do not have any intent to what they can do with the available scarce funds. Consequences of an Organization without a Vision

An organization without a vision is headed to shambles. There is no future or purpose for the existence of such an organization, hence, end-ups losing a sense of direction and essence of its existence. Such an organization with no strategy is bound to lose the essential employees that are critical to its future and growth. The possibility of aligning with failure are high, hence, increasing the chances of collapse and becoming extinct in the industry. Lack of vision implies that the organization is working with no long-term strategic plans, hence, undermining its short-term goals.
