. In fact, some intellectual property rights, such as a copyright is automatic once it is in an acceptable form. What is an acceptable form? Why make it get to that point? If the protection is automatic, why register it? For example, we have a registered trademark, but we have to pay to have it registered everyone so often. Is it really worth the money and expense for a business to go through the registration process? Why or why not? Thoughts?

An acceptable form is a document that gives one the rights to start any business. These rights are due to the owner registering his or her business which implies that he or she is ready to comply with the rules and regulation of the state. Though the protection of copyrights is automatic, it is important to register. This is because registration will give one complete right to use copyrights structures in his or her own business (May & Sell, 2013). In addition, registration will inhibit others from using the same structures that may create unnecessary competition within a certain place or region. According to my view registration of a trademark is vital; this is because it gives one permission to take a legal step if another party is found using the same trademark. In addition, it gives one complete right to a user the marks without being copied by another person. It also gives one the right to sell and license the marks.
