Conflict will affect the implementation of a plan in the following ways: One is that it is the responsibility of leadership to begin dialogue mostly among them concerning the manner they want the structure of the organization to change. This should involve the review of principles, values as well as the big goal of the company (Bingi Sharma, & Godla, 2009). Similarly, the development of the employees should start in essential communication capability concentrating on negotiation to find the solution of challenging issues The second one is that leadership should pay more concentration on its own weaknesses especially in the area that requires change. After interpreting the leadership challenge, the next crucial thing is to start projects that will not have the names of the organizations labelled on them which stands for the practical examples of how the change of the company will have to look like.
