How do you evaluate yourself as a leader? (Refer to my attached profile assessment)

As a leader, there are various ways on self-evaluation which is able to give a reflection of strengths and weaknesses that are essential in navigating the leadership responsibilities and expectations from other people. First as a leader, perfection is important such that work assign is done to expectation or beyond the expected standards. To achieve such results, personal inputs is critical as a leader and most importantly, the contribution of the followers would be critical since when they are lead, they become reliant on the leadership quality shown to them. Per se, motivating team members, engaging them and making them be part of the process would help in evaluating the leadership styles used to guide them (Goetsch, & Davis, 2014). Self-evaluation comes down to the degree to which a task has been done and if it meets the expected results thus team members are able to own the process and say they achieved their goals.
