According to Day 2015, people are playing two kinds of game which are the outer and inner game. According to Day, the outer game consists of the knowledge, skills, experience, managerial, and technical competencies of leadership. That for a good leader to be exemplary, the skills above constitute an integral part of the leader. Also, he adds that leadership should be effective in leadership competencies, processes, and consciousness. Accordingly, he posits that the inner game is composed of a system of meaning-making. It means the aspect which is used to make meaning of the real world. These are what helps a person to make rational decisions like values, religion, spiritual beliefs or emotional intelligence. It constitutes the mental makeup used to understand life reality. The relationship between the inner and outer game is that the better the out game of an individual, the more mature inner game a person possess. For the requirements for the assignment, a person must understand basic requirements which are taught in class and material available. Then make an informed decision on how to approach the assignment.
