The selected problem is communication problem. This is a big issue for the
students, particularly the students educated in Tamil medium education.
Because of this issue the students could not improve their skills and
becoming slow learners.
? Solution
Starting the coaching centre is going be the best solution for this problem.
Offering good service and experienced teachers with less tuition fee.

? Many of the students doesnt understand can not speak the fluent
English
? Target market: Students from all categories of college campus.
? Competition: Other local coaching centres in outside campus. And
vit also having some communication classes, like basic English and
communication English.
? Concept and vision : Developing students competitive and
communication skills. And also provide extra English knowledge .
? Market expansion : There is a high chance for the market to be
expanded , based on students interest and arrival
Business plan:
? HR resource : the human resource for this is, staffs and experienced
teachers.
? Marketing: making awareness among the students. Also sharing the
information about coaching centre to schools at VIT. (list of schools)
? Finance: the coaching centre planned to located in inside the
campus so, partnership is not required for this. VIT will be sourced
other requirements. Like, classroom and benches, labs and
electricity etc. This is going to be happened under rent, so we need
to pay rent to VIT.
? Cost analysis:
salary for teachers and staffs, electricity cost and material cost, etc.

near to campus. Students discontinue and lack of awareness
among the students.

? Infrastructure requirements: (Class rooms, electricity, parking,
benches, board, study materials, etc)

evenings (after completing the academic hours) students can
