Most of the human in today’s world are mostly dependence on electronic things like Televisions, Audio systems, DVD/CD players, Videogames, Microwaves, and Cell phones. Few are for luxury and few are for comfort life. All the above mentioned electronics have become minimum needs for American families. Microwaves Many Americans definitely have a microwave at home, because microwave ovens are very convenient compared to conventional ovens. Microwave was banned by Soviet Union, in 1972, why? Too much usage of microwave is bad for health.
Generally, everyone believes that microwave food does not have any negative effects on them. Many of the Americans hardly go through conventional or traditional methods of cooking. They believe microwave cooking is quick and fast. Microwave is an electromagnetic energy. These kinds of waves are generally used to relay long distance telephone signals, television programs and computer information. Every microwave oven contains a magnetron, a tube in which electrons are affected by magnetic and electric fields in such a way as to produce micro wavelength radiation at about 2450 Mega Hertz (MHz) or 2.
45 Giga Hertz (GHz). This microwave radiation interacts with the molecules in food (Wayne, Newell).
Food in microwave oven is cooked unevenly, as the heat penetrates to a limited depth. Microwaves are more used for reheating the food, which is too bad. Heating liquids in microwave oven in a smooth surfaced container can over heat the liquid and also the container. Boiling eggs in the microwave oven can explode because of the pressure. Long heating of food may result in fire. Few are not aware of using proper containers for the microwave oven cooking.
Heating meat in microwave will cause bad health. If milk or cereals are over heated, cancer causing agents will be created. Frozen foods and raw vegetables cooked in microwave will alter the catabolism. The unstable catabolism will result in improper digestion, and disturbs digestive system. Microwave emissions will also effect on biological welfare of human. A breakdown in the life energy fields will be seen in the persons who are in operation near microwave ovens. All foods that were processed through the microwave ovens caused changes in the blood of the volunteers.
Hemoglobin levels decreased and over all white cell levels and cholesterol levels increased. Lymphocytes decreased. Luminescent (light-emitting) bacteria were employed to detect energetic changes in the blood. 3) Male and female hormone production is shut down or altered 4) Minerals, Vitamins, and nutrients of all microwave food is reduced or altered so that the human body gets little or no benefit. 5) Eating microwave food regularly causes loss of memory, concentration, emotional instability and a decrease of intelligence 6) A destruction of the nutritive value of nucleoproteins in meats 7) A marked acceleration of structural disintegration in all foods. 8) The prolonged eating of microwave foods causes cancerous cells to increase in human blood.
9) Continual ingestion of microwave food causes immune system deficiencies through lymph gland and blood serum alterations. That is microwave oven cooked food will result in cancer causing effects, nutritive destruction of food, and biological effects of exposure. Moderate use of microwave oven is fine, but it is better to follow conventional methods of cooking.
