Leadership and Followers

A leader is a person who is in a passion of influence and authority to give direction to other people and influence policy or position. However, in exceptional cases, it is possible to be a leader without a follower. For instance, a person can be in charge of a project at the workplace, and see on the models of how the project can be done and concluded. However, within the department, he is only answering to the highest authority of the management hence no followers. In addition, a person can be a leader in their own rights at personal level since there are responsible for their own actions or inactions which affect their lives. However, these are unconventional ways of leadership without followers which are very rare cases.
