Inner Game and Outer Game
Mastery is considered anything, from sports to the arts to management, needs properly-practiced competence mediated through a highly established interiority a well-honed outer game emerging on an extremely evolved inner game that is both necessary. The outer game of management composes of using the entire knowledge and skill together with technical, administrative and leadership proficiency to fulfill the needed results (Xiao, Tang & Wirtz, 2011). The outer game also comprises of efficient utilization of resources including people, time and money. On the other hand, the inner game of leadership consists of six components inclusive of the meaning-making system or the things used to make sense of the universe. The decision-making system comprises of techniques used in analyzing, deciding and action. Some of the useful resources that would be significant in analyzing these games and their domains include competence as this will enable leaders to become more effective at fulfilling the task at hand.
