CULTURAL CELEBRATIONS

Planning lessons of cultural celebrations for first grade students is an important element that all teachers should have knowledge of. Cultural celebration lessons exposes children in elementary school to the different cultural traditions. The lessons provide these children with knowledge on their own cultural customs and the differences in the cultural traditions with others around them. They will be able to reflect on their traditions and that of others as they answer the writing prompt.
