IF YOU PREFER, USE THE JOB DESCRIPTION FORM PROVIDED AND WRITE A JOB DESCRIPTION THAT MEETS THE FOUR CRITERIA OF :TITLE, SCOPE, FORM AND LENGTH. BECAUSE YOU WILL BE MAKING A TASK INVENTORY NEXT, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION TO 25-75 WORDS AND THE SCOPE TO TWO TO SEVEN FUNCTIONS OR CLUSTERS OF WORK ACTIVITY. CHECK YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION AGAINST THE CRITERIA AND THE GOOD EXAMPLES TO SEE WHETHER IT MEETS THE CRITERIA).
