Reactive Minds
Reactive minds are associated with poor planning and handling of emerging issues within a business environment. Through reacting to situations only as they appear, one is likely to fail in avoiding a crisis or exploiting a chance significant in succeeding (Aron, 2011). When executives operate from the reactive mindset, they are, on some occasions, able o achieve at least some degree of feedback through their people. However, it is indicated that the behavior that is associated with reactive mind habits of thought is unable to initiate higher performance. Responsive dynamics increases group and team communications and generates new ideas useful in business operations.
