It is true that leaders who display a high drive will lead the organization down the right road. Highly driven leaders exhibit both personal and organizational values that are responsible for their success. Motivated leaders have a passion for care in that they communicate and share ideas with those around them. The corresponding organizational value is that they exhibit an enterprise-wide engagement by including everyone and building a team spirit (Raymar et al., 2018). They also are intelligent and have an insatiable hunger for learning and reflection. This value gives them a constant drive to improve Most often than not, their words match their actions. In my former organization, the manager always made the tough decisions with input from the whole team. He said the tough decisions are never made alone. He would then reflect on the consequences of the decision and made sure we all learned from consequent mistakes.
