- Past data of each service staff I shall just over see once as a back up reference and also keep a fie ready in case
- Last year or last data of salary revision/ contract copy shall be studied for effective handling this time
- Past performance report of the unit under negotiations
- Data of Fire safety works carried, emergency services extended and service feed back received
- Agreement copy, MOM, MOU of past shall help me in forming the renewal contract
- Data of performance awards, bonus or any incentive given other than agreed to highlight the management goodness in keeping the crew happy
- Contract copy of other state or units just concluded in other safety service stations shall also bevkept handy and shall become example to strike proper terms plus wage finalisation
- I shall also form a small committee to steer the meeting and I shall be the char person or overseeing supervisor for proper conduct and documenting of the union meeting
