Some challenges that organizations and HRD professionals are currently facing or may face are as follows:
- Cultural and attitude differences: HRD Professional faces the problem in dealing and formulating training for the employees belonging to different culture and of different attitude.
- Continuous changes in Technology: The technology changes rapidly and replace the old one quickly so to cope up with the new technologies and to facilitates the training to the employees and meet the requirements, they need to develop their skills and knowledge accordingly.
- Enhancement of Knowledge and information: The biggest challenges for the HRD Professionals are to continuously upgrade their knowledge and informations as they need to understand the different places and their philosophy throughout the world.
