- Organizing- It controls the overall structure of the organization. Without the organization structure the day to day workings of the company may get hampered.
- Staffing- This function controls all recruitment and personnel needs of the company. Main purpose of staffing is to hire right people for the right job.
- Coordinating- It involves controlling of all organizational functions like staffing, planning and organizing.
- Controlling- It enables the organization to run in a smooth manner with all the other functions that are present in the organization.
