Leadership is a process of influencing others to maximinize their efforts towards the acheivement of a goal.
It involves – a clear vision and sharing the same with others around so that there is tranparency and hence they will follow happily and willingly. It also involves guiding anf helping others to realize the vision.
Bill Gates is a great example of true leadership. He tasted early failures but he had a vision and hence drove Microsoft to success.
