 Sustainability

Sustainability refers to less environmental impact as well. “It’s not good design if it’s bad for the planet” is the considered mantra of the sustainable-design movement, which actually encourages designers to consider the impact ( negative) their creations will have on the environment and people.

Service design : One major feature is customer experience

In any service design customer is considered to be the king. Thus experience from the customer is considered to be the key factor for all quality and service design aspects. If customer is not satisfied then it means there is a big gap in understanding and designing of service features. eg: In service sectors like Airlines, seamless transaction and travelling experience is quite important and any huzzles in the operations will create a bad impact on customers.
